...when you have approved everything, we will forward the CD master, films and hi-res PDFs to the CD plant for production to begin.

Please allow 10 working days from the day they receive them to completion, though it generally takes less time than this depending on demand and the time of year (Christmas being the busiest)

Proofing of printed matter
It is vital that all artwork proofs are checked and double checked.
We cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions to the final printed copy once you have authorised us to go to production.

Payment
50% of the total is payable in advance, and the balance is due on the completion of the work. No material can be released until the amount due has been paid in full and any cheques have cleared. All material remains the property of Elite CDs until full and final settlement.
